Purpose of the course:

This half-day interactive online course aims to equip HR professionals, legal practitioners, and organisational leaders with a practical understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the human resources landscape. Participants will gain insight into both the strategic applications and legal implications of AI across key HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and disciplinary processes.

By exploring real-world use cases, regulatory frameworks (including POPIA, PAIA, LRA, and more), and ethical considerations, the course empowers attendees to leverage AI tools responsibly, lawfully, and effectively. Upon completion of the course delegates will be able to:
