Module 2: Defining the fundamental HRM Metrics and -Analytics concepts
Module 3: Building a business case for HRM Metrics and Analytics and understanding the strategic and business imperative of HRM metrics
Module 4: Diagnosing and gap analysis of High Performing Organization (HIPO) culture and Performance Management System (PMS)
Module 5: Diagnosing and gap analysis of current HRM Metrics practices
Module 6: Defining the scope of HRM metrics (throughout the HRM value chain)
Module 7: Reading article: Here’s what HRM must do to have the impact that CEO’s want (Sullivan)
Module 8: Applying Step 1 of the HRM Metrics process: Identify where HRM can make a strategic impact in the organization (EXPLORATION)
Module 9: Applying Step 2 of the HRM Metrics process: Develop appropriate metrics around these areas (EXAMINATION)
Module 10: Applying Step 3 of the HRM Metrics process: Obtain data relating to relevant metrics (EXTRACTION)

Purpose of the course:
This training programme is an intermediate/advanced level human resources management (HRM) and development (HRD) offering. The programme effectively blends the theory and practice of HRM/D metrics with practical application tools, techniques, process models and frameworks and other ROI performance metrics and Scorecards.
On completion of this course, the learner is able to:
